Return Policy


Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, Case Taboo cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects for items under warranty. Items purchased on sale are final sale, and are not eligible for refunds.

Case Taboo does not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than CaseTaboo.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@casetaboo.com with your order number and we will send you information to complete your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 days depending on the customer's bank.

Since "Custom Image Cases" are customized and tailor made for individual customers or custom orders, products from this category are NOT eligible for return or refund. If there are not satisfied by damaged product, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and arrange for exchange of the product if necessary.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@casetaboo.com with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Case Taboo warrants it's products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase; and when purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Case Taboo within the warranty period, at its option, Case Taboo will exchange for a new product. If the original product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the original product becomes Case Taboo's property. When a refund is given, the original product becomes Case Taboo's property.
